Spaghetti Head (WIP)

Another project I've been working on when I can make the time.

Still a lot of sculpting work to be done (especially the facial area) and then it will go through the Sub Painter/Marmoset pipeline.

There two different facial designs, I'll probably end up refining the more alien looking one and going with that
